Amazing Tour with Egypt Key Tours
I had an amazing private tour of the pyramids of Giza and old Cairo lead by Jimmy from Egypt Key Tours. My Group had a very limited time (18hr Cairo layover) and the trip jimmy put together was amazing. Unfortunately our arrival was after closing of the pyramids but jimmy arranged a special camel ride to the backside of the pyramids which was crazy amazing.
After that we had a pre-arranged dinner and afterwards a private tour of the Old Cairo after dark. The market and architecture of Old Cairo is unforgettably and Jimmy made the whole experience even more unforgettable by his meticulous planning and knowledge.
He was very easy to listen to (a walking history book) and made us feel absolutely safe. When I return to Egypt there will be two certainties-that I have more than 18 hrs, and that I book with Egypt Key Tours!

DAY 1: Arrival Cairo
Upon arrival to Cairo International Airport, you will be met and assisted by Egypt Key Tours representative who will help you during passport control, luggage area. Then, you will be transferred to you hotel in Cairo by a private air-conditioned vehicle for check in and overnight in Cairo.

DAY 2: Pyramids Tours
Breakfast then Egypt Key Tour guide will escort you to visit to Giza Plateau to witness the impressive 3 pyramids of Kings Cheops, Chephren, and Menkaure which are guarded by the rock-cut statue (The Sphinx). The Great Pyramid of King Cheops is the only wonder of the seven wonders of the ancient world that is still standing today, although it is 2,000 years older than any other wonder on the list. At the same sight you will visit also the Valley Temple of King Chephren, near the Sphinx Statue.
Moving on towards the Complex of Saqqara which belongs to King Zoser and his step pyramid at Sakkara which is considered the first pyramid in Egypt and the first rock-cut building in the history. also you will have the chance to visit Imhotep Museum, the great architect who built the step pyramid.
After that heading to Memphis. one of the ancient Egyptian Capitals until around 2,200 BC” which was a cult center for God Ptah god of creation and artworks , you will find there a lot of temples and monuments dedicated for him. And you will witness also the beautiful statues which belong to the Great King Ramses II , such as the alabaster Sphinx and the Colossal statue which lies inside the museum of Memphis.
After the tour, you will be transferred back to the hotel to stay overnight.

DAY 3: Arrival Luxor-East Bank Tour-Embarkation
In the morning , you will be picked up from your hotel to Cairo Airport to fly to Luxor.
Upon arrival to Luxor Airport, you will meet Egypt Key tour guide, who will escort you to visit the enormous temple complex at Karnak, featuring the temple of Amun and the amazing Avenue of the sphinx.
Then visit the Second Temple is Luxor Temple which is believed that one of the ancient Egyptian’s festivals was held inside the temple as there are different scenes on the walls representing the celebration of the festival. Its inner part was built by King Amenhotep III while the outer part was built by King Ramses II. After entering the temple you will find a mosque called (Abu Al-Haggag) was built on the ruins of a church which were built inside the temple. To the rear of the temple there are chapels built by King Thutmosis III and Alexander the Great. .
Board your luxury Nile Cruise ship in time for lunch, and stay overnight.

DAY 4: West Bank Tour-Nile Cruise-Edfu
Discover the Valley of the Kings in the Theban Hills west of the Nile, where tombs were built for the powerful kings of the New kingdom. Admire Queen Hatshepsut’s impressive temple at Deir el- Bahri.And view the Colossi of Memnon carved from quartzite sandstone.
Later sail to Edfu.

DAY 5: Edfu-Kom Ombo Temples
Visit Egypt best-preserved cult temple at Edfu dedicated to the Falcon god Horus. Relax and admire the scenery as you sail upstream to Kom ombo. Little has changed in a thousand years.
Afternoon Sail to Kom Omob , and Tour the temple of Kom ombo, dedicated to the crocodile-headed god, Sobek
This evening dress up in traditional clothing and experience a fun filled Egyptian dinner and Galabeya party on board.

DAY 6: Aswan- Abu Simbel Tour(Optional Tour)
You will bring with you Breakfast Box from the Cruise, before starting your trip to Abu Simbel Temples. It takes about a 3 hours and half drive one way from Aswan to Abu Simbel by private air-conditioned vehicle. Upon arrival at Abu Simbel, enjoy the most remarkable temples of Abu Simbel with their unique style and consider the largest rock cut temple in the world and the masterpieces of ancient Egypt. They reflect the glory and grandeur of ancient Egypt.
The great Abu Simbel called the Sun Temple of Ramses II, the Temple of Queen Nefertari is also called Temple of Hathor who was the wife of the sun god. So, in a symbolic way, the two temples, that of Ramses II and that of Nefertari, bring Ramses and Nefertari, Hathor and the Sun Temple together as one.
Afternoon , after arrival back to Aswan, you will enjoy Felucca ride to see the botanical Garden and Agha Khan Mausoleum.

DAY 7: Aswan Tour- Fly Back to Cairo.
Disembark in Aswan to explore and Visit the temple of Isis on the island of Philae .see the unfinished obelisk.
After finishing the trip, our tour guide will drop you to Aswan Airport to fly back to Cairo.
Upon arrival, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Cairo to check in and stay overnight.

DAY 8: Cairo City Tour
Breakfast then you will be escorted by your guide to visit the Egyptian Museum and see Tutankhamen’s priceless treasures at the Egyptian museum, discovered by Howard Carter in the Valley of the Kings in 1922.
Visit Old Cairo (Coptic Cairo)“Hanging Church”and”Jewish Synagogue of Ben Ezra
then go to Khan El Khalili Bazaar, which is one of Cairo’s main attractions.
After the tour, you will be transferred back to the hotel to stay overnight.

DAY 9: Final Departure
Checking out from your hotel after breakfast and transfer to Cairo Airport to fly back to your home.
