Amazing Tour with Egypt Key Tours
I had an amazing private tour of the pyramids of Giza and old Cairo lead by Jimmy from Egypt Key Tours. My Group had a very limited time (18hr Cairo layover) and the trip jimmy put together was amazing. Unfortunately our arrival was after closing of the pyramids but jimmy arranged a special camel ride to the backside of the pyramids which was crazy amazing.
After that we had a pre-arranged dinner and afterwards a private tour of the Old Cairo after dark. The market and architecture of Old Cairo is unforgettably and Jimmy made the whole experience even more unforgettable by his meticulous planning and knowledge.
He was very easy to listen to (a walking history book) and made us feel absolutely safe. When I return to Egypt there will be two certainties-that I have more than 18 hrs, and that I book with Egypt Key Tours!

Day 1: Arrival Cairo
Egypt Key Tours representative will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport (Arrival procedures) and will then escort you to your hotel in an air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. At the hotel, your tour manager will assist you with a smooth check-in and review your budget vacation itinerary with you to establish and confirm pick-up times for each tour. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2: Giza Pyramids-Egyptian Museum and Khan EL Kalili Bazaar & Train to Aswan.
Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel in Cairo before checking out, then your personal tour guide will accompany you to Giza Plateau to visit one of the seven wonders of the ancient world: the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus, along with the famous Sphinx and Valley Temple. Then, head out to the Egyptian Museum. Continue to Islamic Cairo, where you will be able to explore Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s oldest and most alluring bazaar. Later, you will be transferred to the gorgeous Giza train station to catch the sleeper train from Cairo to Aswan. Dinner and breakfast will be served on board. Overnight accommodations inside your compartment.

Day 3: Embark Nile Cruise &Aswan Sightseeing
Upon your arrival at the Aswan train station, you will be met and assisted by Egypt Key Tours representative, who will then transfer you to your Nile River cruise ship. Enjoy lunch on board, after which you will be guided to visit the famous High Dam, majestic Philae temple of devotion to the two goddesses Isis and Hathor, and the massive Unfinished Obelisk, still resting on its side in the stone quarries of ancient Egypt. Then, back to the cruise ship with dinner on board and overnight in Aswan.

Day 4: Kom Ombo
After breakfast on board, you’ll sail to Kom Ombo, where you’ll encounter the twin temple of Kom Ombo, where you’ll learn about the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Horus, whose monuments decorate each half of the temple. You’ll have your lunch back on board the ship and sail on to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 5: Luxor Luxor Nile Cruise Tours
Breakfast on board your Nile cruise ship then visit Hours temple in Edfu before sailing to Luxor with lunch on board the vessel. You will be transferred back to the Nile cruise ship for dinner and Belly dance show on board with overnight aboard the Nile cruise vessel in Luxor. Dinner on board and overnight in Luxor.

Day 6: Luxor Nile Cruise (Disembark) & Train to Cairo
In the early morning, enjoy a relaxed breakfast on board. Disembarkation after breakfast, Enjoy a wonderful tour to visit East Bank of the Nile in Luxor to the Karnak and Luxor temples followed by a visit to the West Bank of the River Nile in Luxor to the Valley of the Kings, the temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El Deir EL Bahari and the Colossi Memnon. Later, you’ll head to the Luxor train station to catch the sleeper train back to Cairo. Dinner will be served aboard the train. Overnight in your private compartment.

Day 7: Cairo Optional Excursions
Breakfast aboard the sleeper train before arriving at the Giza train station, where you will be met and assisted by Egypt Key Tours representative who will transfer you to your hotel for some leisure time (you will check into your room as early as possible). There are some optional excursions available in Cairo: you may wish to visit the Step Pyramid of King Zoser in Sakkara and Memphis. Overnight stay at your hotel in Cairo.
