Amazing Tour with Egypt Key Tours
I had an amazing private tour of the pyramids of Giza and old Cairo lead by Jimmy from Egypt Key Tours. My Group had a very limited time (18hr Cairo layover) and the trip jimmy put together was amazing. Unfortunately our arrival was after closing of the pyramids but jimmy arranged a special camel ride to the backside of the pyramids which was crazy amazing.
After that we had a pre-arranged dinner and afterwards a private tour of the Old Cairo after dark. The market and architecture of Old Cairo is unforgettably and Jimmy made the whole experience even more unforgettable by his meticulous planning and knowledge.
He was very easy to listen to (a walking history book) and made us feel absolutely safe. When I return to Egypt there will be two certainties-that I have more than 18 hrs, and that I book with Egypt Key Tours!

DAY 1:Welcome to Egypt
Meet in Taba Crossingborder(Egypt side), welcome and assist for visa procedures, then drive to (2 hours) Dahab, relax on the hotel in Dahab, Dinner and overnight in Dahab.

DAY 2: Relaxing day in Dahab
Breakfast in the hotel; relax on Dahab beaches with enjoying the weather and atmosphere of Dahab city,

DAY 3: Dahab - St. Catherine - Cairo
Breakfast at the hotel then check out then drive to St Catherine Monastery which is considered one of the most famous monasteries in the world and it was dedicated to one of Alexander’s rulers, Saint Catherine who was tortured to death for the sake of her new faith.
After finish the tour you drive to Cairo (8 hrs) with stop on the way for rest.
Upon arrive Cairo at the night, dinner & overnight in Cairo hotel.

DAY 4: Giza pyramids – Saqqara – Memphis
At 8.00 am, Our Egypt Key Tours tour guide will meet you at the lobby of your hotel, and then he will transfer you by an air conditioned vehicle to visit Saqqara to see the Step Pyramid of King Djoser. It was constructed 4700 years ago by the legendary architect Imhotep and was the first pyramid ever built by the Egyptians. “Maybe this is the most impressive place on Earth. The birthplace of architecture” This over 200 feet high monument is the oldest pyramid in the world! Nearby the pyramid we will visit the tombs decorated with impressive reliefs and paintings.
After visiting the pyramids, we will see the ruins of Memphis, the former capital of Egypt. In Memphis we will stop at the museum to admire a giant statue of Ramses II (about 35 feet in length) carved from monumental limestone.
Marvel at the Great pyramids of Giza, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. See the enigmatic great Sphinx – the oldest monumental sculpture in the world.
And you will enjoy one of the lovely Camel Rides around these great structures.
After finishing the tour you will be picked up back to your hotel in Cairo to rest.
At the evening around 6:45 PM meet in the lobby & drive to enjoy with Dinner Cruise around Cairo in the Nile, have Egyptian food delicious and the belly dancing, Tanoura (Delvarish dancing).-After finishing the dinner cruise, drive back to Cairo hotel, overnight in Cairo hotel.

DAY 5: Cairo tour
After Breakfast, our Egypt Key Tours tour guide will escort you to continue your journey through the history starting with the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, one of the most important museums in the world. It contains the world’s largest collection of pharaonic antiquities. We will see the famous Tutankhamun exhibition with the golden mask of the boy king.
After that proceeding to a new era “The Coptic Cairo” where you will visit the “Hanging Church” which is dating back to the 3rd Century AD and was dedicated to Virgin Mary ,It’s called “Hanging” because of its location above the gatehouse of the ancient Roman fortress “Babylon” .It contains 110 Holy icons depicting beautiful religious scenes.
Then visiting “Saint Sergius and Bacchus Church” which is believed to have been built on the spot where the holy family rested at the end of their journey into Egypt.
And ending Coptic Cairo tour with a visit to the “Jewish Synagogue of Ben Ezra” which gained its importance from its Geniza (Store room) was found during the 19th century containing a treasure of abandoned Hebrew secular and sacred manuscripts.
Then ending our tour with going to Khan el Khalili Bazaar which is one of Cairo’s main attractions. The district of Khan el Khalili was originally a mausoleum called “el Zaafran” for the burial of Fatimid Caliphs ,after that it became a district for the Turkish community during the Ottoman period , and now it becomes a bazzar where you will find many souvenirs shops ,coffeehouses “Café” serving Arabic coffee and offering Hookah “Shisha”, and restaurants throughout the area.

Day 6: Final Departure.
It is the last day of our tour and time to say goodbye to Egypt. After breakfast we will transfer you to the Cairo International Airport. You will leave Egypt with new experiences, memories and beautiful photographs.
