Amazing Tour with Egypt Key Tours
I had an amazing private tour of the pyramids of Giza and old Cairo lead by Jimmy from Egypt Key Tours. My Group had a very limited time (18hr Cairo layover) and the trip jimmy put together was amazing. Unfortunately our arrival was after closing of the pyramids but jimmy arranged a special camel ride to the backside of the pyramids which was crazy amazing.
After that we had a pre-arranged dinner and afterwards a private tour of the Old Cairo after dark. The market and architecture of Old Cairo is unforgettably and Jimmy made the whole experience even more unforgettable by his meticulous planning and knowledge.
He was very easy to listen to (a walking history book) and made us feel absolutely safe. When I return to Egypt there will be two certainties-that I have more than 18 hrs, and that I book with Egypt Key Tours!

DAY 1: ARRIVAL CAIRO
Upon arrival to Cairo International Airport, you will be met and assisted by Egypt Key Tours representative who will help you during passport control, luggage area. Then, you will be transferred to you hotel in Cairo by a private air-conditioned vehicle for check in and overnight in Cairo.
DAY 2: Giza pyramids- Egyptian Museum & Khan El Khalili Bazzar.
At 8.00 am, Marvel at the Great pyramids of Giza, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. See the enigmatic great Sphinx – the oldest monumental sculpture in the world.
Wonder at the Egyptian Museum and see Tutankhamen’s priceless treasures which discovered by Howard Carter in the Valley of the Kings in 1922.
Then moving to “Islamic Cairo” and taking a walking tour in the 1000 years old el Moez street which is considered as an open air museum for Terrific Islamic Buildings which are decorated with different patterns and paints, then ending our tour with going to Khan el Khalili Bazaar which is one of Cairo’s main attractions.
After that, you will drop back to your hotel, Cairo overnight.
Day 3: Fly to Luxor / East & West Bank Tour:
In the morning , Checking out , then you will be picked up from your hotel to Cairo Airport to fly to Luxor.
Upon arrival to Luxor Airport, you will meet Egypt Key tour guide to visit the west bank of Luxor and start by visiting the Valley of the Kings. Then, you will move to Hatshepsut Temple (meaning foremost of noble ladies), her temple is considered one of the most important temples of ancient times.
Then you will stop to see the Colossi of Memnon, which is stood in the Theban necropolis, across the Nile River as a guardian of the entrance to Amenhotep’s memorial Temple. The statues are made of blocks of quartzite stone.
Then crossing the Nile River to the east bank of Luxor, where you will visit Luxor Temple and Karnak Temples; the complex was dedicated to the god Amon-Ra and was the center of his worship and his wife Mut and his son Khonso.
What is special about Karnak complex is that it includes several of the finest examples of ancient Egyptian design and architecture and among them are the hypostyle hall, one of the world’s great architectural achievements of all times.
After finishing this great trip, you will be transferred to your hotel in Luxor to check in and stay overnight.
DAY 4: Travel to Aswan / Aswan Sightseeing Tour :
Breakfast in the morning then check out after that our Egypt Key Tours will escort you by the modern air conditioned private vehicle to travel to Aswan (Around 3.30 Hrs. Driving)
Once you arrive Aswan, you will go to visit the High Dam, Philae Temple and unfinished Obelisk.
After finishing this great trip, you will be dropped off at your hotel in Aswan to check in and stay overnight.
DAY 5: Abu Simbel Sightseeing Tour – Felucca Ride in Aswan / Fly to Cairo:
Checking out, then You will bring with you Breakfast Box from the Cruise, before starting your trip to Abu Simbel Temples. It takes about a 3 hours and half drive one way from Aswan to Abu Simbel by private air-conditioned vehicle. Upon arrival at Abu Simbel, enjoy the most remarkable temples of Abu Simbel with their unique style and consider the largest rock cut temple in the world and the masterpieces of ancient Egypt. They reflect the glory and grandeur of ancient Egypt.
The great Abu Simbel called the Sun Temple of Ramses II, the Temple of Queen Nefertari is also called Temple of Hathor who was the wife of the sun god. So, in a symbolic way, the two temples, that of Ramses II and that of Nefertari, bring Ramses and Nefertari, Hathor and the Sun Temple together as one.
Upon arrival back to Aswan, you will enjoy sailing in a traditional Felucca across the Nile to see the botanical gardens on Kitchener’s island.
After finishing the amazing ride, our tour guide will drop you to Aswan Airport to fly back to Cairo.
Upon arrival, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Cairo to check in and stay overnight.
Day 6: Departure.
Checking out from your hotel after breakfast and transfer to Cairo Airport to fly back to your home.
